Moore’s works hard toward the goal of making this the best place our people have ever worked. Moore’s offers its partners a generous benefits package, training programs, and tries to provide an enjoyable working environment for all. In 2002, we began a process to change the leadership culture at Moore’s to one of Servant Leadership. A Servant Leader is an egoless leader who treats people with respect, and works for the good of the team, not for self.
At Moore’s, integrity is our highest priority. We are fanatical about treating our customers with the highest level of integrity and respect. We have been, and shall always be, a company who puts the customer first, by caring, cooperating, and servicing their needs. Being “Customer Centered” allows us to remain a dynamic, strong, growing and competitive company, in a highly competitive marketplace. We have found, and continue to believe, that this focus leads to our continued success in building Lifetime Relationships.
Moore’s works hard to give back to the communities we have helped to build. We are actively involved in many local civic and business organizations around Virginia. As part of our vision, we work to support the youth of our region by supporting youth related activities such as sports teams, sporting events and schools. In recent years Moore's has helped to support the March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, Junior Achievement, CATEC, and many other organizations. Moore’s Electrical and Mechanical Construction, Inc. is not just building in our communities; we are shaping our communities as well.
