BAS Technician/Programmer

​Seeking an HVAC Controls Technician who has experience with Honeywell/Tridium technology.  AX and N4 certification a plus.  Experience required with installing, wiring, terminating and programming controllers and jaces and ability to build graphics to meet customer specifications.   • Review and analyze CAD shop drawings for compliance with construction documents and specifications. Review with engineering any anomalies.
  • During construction process maintain “as-built” drawings and review with engineering for completion of close-out documents.
  • Point-to-point checkout of field installed devices and wiring. Maintain and submit check-out documentation for compliance with LEED certification and Control Technologies commissioning standards.
  • Coordinate with mechanical contractors and electrical sub-contractors to start-up equipment and correct deficiencies.
  • Completing front-end GUI programming for a customized user experience based on customer’s needs and expectations.
  • Testing and modifying control programs in field applications for operability and compliance with project specifications.
  • Interact with customers to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
