There will be (2) shirt orders placed in 2011: Friday, February 11 and Friday, August 12. Orders may be turned in at any time during the year, however, no item will be purchased outside of these dates.
Please use the shirt order form (linked above) to place your order. If you need help, your coordinator will assist you. Partner Care will not be held accountable for errors on any order not placed in writing.

About the Catalog
The Moore's Electrical & Mechanical Company Apparel Catalog is an online listing of specially selected items that can be ordered with the Moore's logo. In the catalog, "Ladies" style shirts are denoted with a pink dot. Shirts available in sizes 4XL or greater are denoted with a "plus" sign, and shirts with a pocket are dentoed with a red "P" sign.
Pricing
Pricing for all items is clearly marked on each page. There is an additional charge for plus sizes, which is also noted on each page. The price shown includes all applicable taxes.
Moore's pays 50% of the cost for all screen-printed t-shirts listed in the catalog (both long and short sleeved) for all partners. Please note that any t-shirt ordered for a member of your family or anyone other than yourself will be charged at full price. Moore's is only responsible for 50% of payment on t-shirts intended for use as work uniform attire. The Company also absorbs all shipping costs on Partner T-shirts.
Moore's Partners are responsible for 100% of the cost on all other items including sweatshirts, hoodies, and embroidered items. Shipping charges will not be calculated until the order is received and may vary depending on volume ordered. Moore's does not mark up prices. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS!
Logos (Logo colors are not optional on screen printed items including t-shirts.)
There are two kinds of logos we put on shirts and hats: Screened or Embroidered.
Screen Printing is done on t-shirts & sweatshirts. For Men's Style Shirts a small inked logo is screened on the left pocket area, and a larger logo is screened on the back. For Ladies' Style Shirts a small inked logo is screened on the left pocket area ONLY. All screened sweatshirts and hoodies have a logo on both the back and the front.
We use black ink on light colored shirts and white ink on dark colored shirts. Logo colors for screened items are not optional.
Embroidery is available on most shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies EXCLUDING regular t-shirts. Partners are responsible for 100% of the cost for embroidered items, plus tax and shipping charges. The embroidered Moore's logo can be done in almost any color imaginable. During the order process, you may specify a color of your choosing, otherwise, a matching/complimentary color for the embroidery stitching will be chosen for you.
Ordering
To place an order, simply e-mail the order form (found on both the Company Internet AND Intranet) to Susan Foster at sfoster@mooreselectric.com. You may also fax it to 434-309-1224. Please contact your coordinator for help with your order. The order form is linked at the top of this page.
Order cut off dates will be Friday, February 11 and Friday, August 12, 2011. All individual orders must be in by these dates. Department Managers will need to speak to Susan Foster concerning departmental ordering. Most orders arrive approximately 4-6 weeks from our order date. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS!
Payment
Payment for orders is through payroll deduction ONLY. Orders totaling less than $50 will be deducted from a single pay check. Orders for $50 to $100 will be deducted evenly between two pay checks. Orders in excess of $100 will be split on a case by case basis. Screened items and embroidered itesm are shipped from separate facilities. You may be charged separately according to your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS!
