Purpose: The Moore’s Charitable Foundation desires to assist Christian youth organizations by providing funds that will further the mission of developing young people.
History: In 1999, the leadership at Moore’s began giving 10% of its profits annually to Christian organizations in an act of obedience to Biblical principles of tithing. Though, Moore’s had some struggles at that time, the company stepped out in faith, believing it was the right thing to do. God has blessed that step of faith and has allowed Moore’s to give more each year.
Application Process: The following items need to be included when making requests for funds -
1. Purpose of organizations
2. Explanation of project and use of funds
3. Explanation of how funds will promote the vision of the organization
4. Budget
Follow-up reports are required within one year after funds have been issued. We care about your efforts with our youth, and want to hear how you are doing. No additional funds will be given without a follow-up report.
